A culinary journey through 7 dishes with a magnificent delicacy. The restaurant is out of the standard and it is a lot of good. It's definitely one of the best tables in the area. Go!
A very beautiful discovery, rich in flavors, subtlety, delicateness... The detailed explanations accompany each dish. We were surprises during this dinner. We were a little afraid of waiting, but in fact we have the impression of being transposed in another time that flows very serenely... waiting for the next tasting. A unique experience. Beautiful experience if you want to discover gourmet cuisine with Japanese ingredients and dishes. The chef is very convenient because we forgot to specify that one of us did not eat meat, still sorry and thank you ... The meal lasts about 3 hours with a succession of 6 dishes and 1 dessert, and there are many textures and tastes that are worth the detour and that you don't find in the more traditional European cuisine
