What Derek Perkins doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
The manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful to every customer and doesn’t handle escalated customers well, will escalate more instead. Staff is clearly treated with poor care and disrespect. They close frequently early. Claiming “low staff” when they have 12 workers at 12 and close at 2. The manager has an attitude problem and is very loud and rude View all feedback.

The service was great! The coffee as well. Tried something new.Dietary restrictions: Used almond milk.
EVERY TIME I am in town (from CA I make it a point to stop at this specific Caribou. The staff is amazing and they appear to actually like each other! They start my day off with a smile and they understand what extra hot means! :
Worst service i have ever experienced at a caribou.
