As the kid and I continue the quest to try a new Mexican place every two weeks, it took us to Tower Taco in conjunction with another errand. We ordered the large burrito and the shrimp quesadilla, and they were both fantastic! The service was friendly, the outdoor dining area was nice, and the Mexican food was fresh and delicious.
My husband and I had the opportunity to dine at Tower Taco for the first time last week. I ordered a large burrito and he chose the mole chicken. Both dishes were delicious! The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was good, and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant is located a few blocks away from the busy part of the street, making it easier to find parking. Tower Taco is a wonderful addition to Cherokee Street!
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are huge. The California burrito is as big as a baby, although it may not be authentic. The service is slow because it's a family-owned restaurant, but the staff is always friendly. The food isn't quite as amazing as it used to be, but it's still worth a visit.
