Taco Bell - Saint Louis

I love eating good quality! I wish they would not take old standards from the menu like Mexican pizza!!!!

In the ride, specially asked for no tomatoes on Nachos. I didn't get a receipt, and as soon as I came to a safe place to check my order, it found that there were tomatoes over everything and I lacked a burrito. I wanted to call immediately to solve the problem and they didn't pick up the phone. Surprising.

Never got to order, showed up 25 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Sat at the ordering screen for 5 minutes, asked twice if they were open, no response. Only to have a gentlemen taking out trash yell at me from across the lot and tell me they are closed. Drove back at 1205 and gentelman came out to lock up and said they closed at 12 , but told them I was here 25 minutes ago and was told that you were closed then. Unfortunately, not the first time I have been disappointed by this location. My wife will not eat at this location for past experiences, and unfortunately, I will probably just go to Wendy 's down the street from now on.

I'm not one for fast food, but was out and needed a snack. Got a craving for TB and pulled in for a soft chicken taco. What I got was a stale taco with about 1 tablespoon of chicken and shredded cheese. So disappointing! Also, after I paid I looked down to put my cc back in my wallet and I almost got hit in the face with the bag she was sticking out the window. She not once looked at me, at all. They weren't busy, so no excuses. This was the one on Manchester in Rock Hill.
