Taco Bell - Saint Louis

I typically wouldn't write a review for a Taco Bell visit unless it really stood out, but today it did. The drive-thru cashier was friendly both at the speaker and at the window. My food was ready even before I finished paying. Overall, it was a visit that left me smiling. Great job, management!

I don't usually eat a lot of fast food, but I've noticed that the service hasn't been great lately. However, my experience at the Oakville Taco Bell was different! The woman at the drive-thru was friendly and accommodating when I had a question about the menu. I pulled around, paid, and almost immediately received my order, which included everything I asked for, sauce included. She even apologized for the wait, explaining that they were short-staffed, which I found surprising! I was in and out of the drive-thru in just a few minutes. Overall, I was really impressed by the entire experience, especially how she managed it all with a smile!

I rarely eat fast food, but this Taco Bell always meets my expectations, and their prices are slightly better than other locations. I've never had any problems here.

You can't beat the build your own cravings box deal. I typically order in the Taco Bell app and pick up at this location. My orders are always perfect and fresh. Even when it is a little busy I typically don't have to wait very long for my order. The staff is always friendly. This is my go to Taco Bell location!

I work at the Schnucks next to this Taco place, and I stop by all the time before my shifts. They usually have the shortest lines, the service is quick, and my orders are consistently correct. It's quite rare to have any issues with my order. The staff is really friendly too. Overall, it's a great spot for tacos!
