Starbucks - Feedback

What Lindsay Christine doesn't like about Starbucks:
Elizabeth in the drive thru is completely unprofessional. My mom and I went through yesterday and she kept jumping up and down messing around with co workers. She gave me first coffee which was covered on the outside with coffee, then forgot the second . We kept trying to get her attention, but she wasn 't even facing the window as she kept goofing off. Nothing crazy happened during my experience today but the two employees I encountered with my ordered were both very pleasant. I think 5 stars should be given when owed. Sometimes my drinks are made differently at various locations but today they were perfect and it was my first visit to this one.
