Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Our server Ben was great. He was very attentive and polite. The onion rings are always outstanding and the cinnamon donut tower is worth a try. This location is doing great considering the whole restaurant industry is so short staffed. All the employees helped run our food, drinks and kept checking on us.

Although the inside was closed for dine in the sever seated my roommates and I for us to put in our take out orders. The waiter was very friendly and thorough when taking our order. We all had diffrent burgers that were very delicious and tried the different fry selections they had as well. We will most definitely dine here more often. Thanks

I was working in St. Louis for 2 months, 11-12 hour days with only 3 days off for the duration. I would be so tired at the end of the day, and I would order Red Robin next to my hotel almost every night! Trinity and the others were always wonderful, and the food was great! It was ready as soon as I pulled up to curbside : I'm very grateful for their customer service during my busy time! thank you!

Burgers are always good. Service was lacking at this particular location at Laclede Station/Hanley.

I had a birthday. My friend asked our waiter to sing or the free birthday Dessert and nothing to do. Always had to ask for refills on their bottomless fries and drinks.
