I places a mobile order and after a 15 minute wait in the drive thru lane I went inside to pick up my order. Nothing but rude attitude! No one acknowledged me coming in. First time eating McDs in years... McDs food quality not so good these days. Used to be much better. Placed order at kiosk and waited at table for food to arrive. Time for food to arrive was normal, but order was missing a small hot chocolate and medium sweet tea. Was told these would be a few more minutes. Moving forward to finishing our food, no drinks arrived. Went to counter and inquired. They had forgotten them sort of understandable because they were busy. Manager prepared hot chocolate and handed me a cup for the tea I could've had my drink the whole time! Not cool... In the end, given an IOU for a free future McCafe as an apology. Ended up as an OK experience. . Parking: Easy access from main street, plentiful. Wheelchair accessibility: Provided
