I was really hoping J Greene 's would step it up a bit in their reopening. OMG. we went in Sunday and all I ordered was clam chowder and toasted ravioli. the chowder was borderline rancid and I couldn 't eat many of the ravs because the one bite of soup made me nauseous. On Saturday night, our high school reunion was scheduled at another location that experienced a last minute power outage. J Greene's Pub was contacted by a member of our class. They immediately stepped up, provided a room for us and accommodated our group of more than 40 people, just as if it had all been planned! Bravo, J Greene's staff for saving the night!
The half-pound burger with bacon and bleu cheese is the best around!
We had a celebration of my late brother's life at J Greene's Pub last Sunday and I cannot say enough about how great they were in hosting a party. They went above and beyo d what we expected. Food was wonderful and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend them,
