Imo's Pizza - Saint Louis

Ordered 3 large pizzas online via Imo’s website. Food was ready within 15-20min. Tried Imo’s with some out-of-town friends. We ordered a sausage-pepperoni, chicken with creamy garlic sauce and a Deluxe Pizza. Everyone’s favorite was the BYO sausage/pepperoni pizza. Friends were a fan of the way Imo’s cuts the pizza. Just went to the drive thru window to pick up an order and didn't realize someone order a drink that I was not given to me. I didn't place this order I had no idea someone order a drink. I'm not going back for $2.45. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

My husband and I order here pretty regularly. Tonight we had a bigger order. We placed our order online and it got to us pretty quickly. However, the hot wings I ordered were actually bbq. I looked at the emailed receipt, and sure enough somehow my wings were switched to bbq(I triple checked that they were hot lol). Anyway I called up there and spoke with Warren. He was absolutely great. I explained the situation and again sworn I selected hot. Anyway he didn’t ask anything else, he saw that it was my fault, but still offered to make me the hot wings as long as I could come get them (I would never expect them to deliver my mistake). He was so kind and definitely made this pregnant mama happy! Greta customer service. Thank you again Warren. And the wings were delicious
