Imo's Pizza - Saint Louis

Can not get hot pizza from this Imo even if you ask that it is hot. I think they make the pizza let it sit on the oven in the box for 30 minutes and then drive 5 minutes to my house. It's never hot. Imo is famous for cold pizza

I tried the deluxe pizza and it was fantastic. While the price was a bit high, the quality was excellent. If you're trying to stick to a budget, I wouldn't suggest coming here, but if you're looking for a great St. Louis-style pizza, this is definitely the spot.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich, a large salad, and an order of wings. Unfortunately, the wings were very small, overcooked, and the worst I've ever had from your restaurant. There was hardly any meat on them, and at $1.42 each, it felt like a rip-off. I'm quite sure you can do better. I've enjoyed your food many times before, but this is the first time I've been disappointed.

There's always an issue with our orders—items are frequently missing or the pizza arrives cold. We've tried ordering from here multiple times, but this last experience will be our final one.

All in at $62 including delivery/tax/15% tip and you send me a smashed pizza? The pizza that wasn't ruined was great because it's Imo's. Manage Alex was able to provide a part refund which I was satisfied with. Very professional on his part.
