They could use a coat rack especially during the winter months. It also got noisy in the room, which could have been lessened with drapes or noise dampeners on the ceiling. We enjoyed the tea, food and service very much!

I took my mother in law here as a Christmas present. She absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and so filling. Our server was excellent and made great recommendations. We brought my 7 month old and they were super helpful with letting me out my stroller by the coat rack so it wasn't in the way. 10/10 recommend The London Tea Room!

This was a very nice experience with family on Christmas eve. Very unique, lots of tea choices with tiers of tasty treats. Our first experience with high tea. The location was perfect, plenty of parking. They have packaged tea for purchase, so we brought home one that we sampled from the menu.

I have to say that I was totally disappointed in the attitude of the staff during my recent experience at the London Tea Room. I did not see anywhere on the website that it was mandatory for every guest to purchase one of the tea service menu items and found that question to be met with a very rude reply. The comment was also made that the wee tea could be purchased for the younger guests and she pointed directly to the 11 month old baby sitting with us. Like an 11 month old is able to eat food. I just found the questions that I was trying to ask to be met with this aura of self importance and almost superiority when I was just trying to understand how the tea worked. From the moment I walked in at 9:56 am it was a bad experience by the staff. I walked in with my group and we were all carrying presents and a cake hands full and we were rudely instructed to go wait outside because they were not ready for us. I had a 10:00 am reservation. I asked if they could hold the cake for me (which is very standard practice in the food service industry) and that again was met with a look of annoyance and I was told they had to ask about that. The food was sub par for the price being charged. Almost $400 for a tea party is not totally unreasonable if the product and service match the price and in this case it did not. I will not be returning or reccomending.

Went for a holiday get together with my daughter, her best friend and her mother. Was such a great holiday experience! Out server could not have been nicer! The food and presentation was outstanding! Can't wait to do it again. We were even talking about trying one of their other experiences, maybe a murder mystery dinner.
