I went here after having some of their amazing food and drink at Vegfest. The food is all made by one guy who is super into his craft. I got the temph with black tahini and it was amazing!! The kombucha is super bubbly just how I like it! Only downsides are the time it takes and the space available so I recommend going on Sunday when it opens for lunch. View all feedback.

I am a heart broken to learn that confluence now only a limited menu. the kombucha is kreatiw and tasty, but the tempeh dish is the best I ever had in st. louis. the owner is passionate about eating and his love is visible in the food.
It is a beautiful place, very friendly staff. the combucha is delicious. some vegan options, but the only one I realized was the tacos. they were great and very unique.
This is the best Vegan food you can get in town. I am always pleasantly surprised by their unique offerings. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
We were so impressed by this place. so many vegan options, friendly staff and incredible regulations. taste the mushrooms — they are from this world! we have some homemade (gf) nuts and seeds bread to bring home and cocosyogurt that is better than anything I have ever tried.
