What Quinton Rogahn doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
3rd time I have been at this exact location. Two seconds of heat on my tortilla....(probably because I'm white). Cold tortilla, cold steak.....my burrito has been colder than California during rolling blackouts.......what's the deal??? This exact thing happened three times.Three strikes and you are out. Guess the big money big wigs at McDonald's don't care. And these employees believe they deserve 15.00 an hour? Can't even heat up a tortilla? Get off.
TERRIBLE Service. If we hadn't left vegetables or sofrita?s when we went, what was not much to us, we treated it, but then when I eat, I eat a piece of chicken (I?m vegetarian of 3 years) and find a HUGE piece of steak in my bowl. Disgusting.
That was the best. They got off fast! The service was AMAZING! The food was GORGEOUS and tasted soooo amazingly good. Clean shop! So this was amazing and much better than my local on GRAND! You need to transfer all your employees to train them! Really!
It went to the door to find out that they only accepted online orders that were uncomfortable, but I understand that things happen. But as my food was given after this inconvenience was unacceptable. They didn't even fully pack it, so it was spilled everywhere in the bag, and it was just jumped together. I can't even eat my tacos with my hands now, I have to use a fork and had to try to dig through the mess, even see where a taco ended and another started. It looks literally as if my meal was thrown a bowl in some foil and doesn't even look like tacos. If I was forced to order my food, it should have been in a container and have actually been present.
I've been here for a long time and have to say that the quality of food and service is really downhill. The picture includes the partly rotten piece of fruit they felt was perfectly acceptable to eat in my daughter. The big Guac had several stickers from the avocados she also mashed. I understand that mistakes happen, but the food is always late, the portions are never consistent and obviously bad fruit for children is easy to use. I'm sorry, but I'm going to get Manchester out of here as if it's important to them.
I was looking for a quick meal, and I figured Chipotle was my best option with the limited time I had. There were a few people in line before me so I waited my turn. I couldn?t help but notice how miserable the entire staff looked as they helped each customer. None of them smiled, greeted the customers, or thanked them. When it was my turn, I was no exception. I ordered my usual veggie bowl, and paid. I went to get a fork, and all containers were full with spoons. I asked the person at the register for a fork, and she snapped back at me ?we don?t have any, we only have spoons?. No apologies or anything else, she just went right to helping the next customer in line. Other than that, my bowl was kinda as expected, except my veggies were undercooked and only contained green peppers and red onions, strange? I guess forks weren?t the only thing they were out of today. Oh well?
