Chick-fil-a - Saint Louis

Fast and fresh experience! Service: The staff was fantastic, embodying Chick-fil-A's standard of perfection, except for one cashier who was a bit unfriendly—8/10. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and maintained—10/10. Overall, a great place to dine! I would just love to see that cashier improve.

Chick-fil-A has delicious, fresh, high quality food and amazing service. Their driving lines are out of hand, but that's all. I had a problem last week where they somehow managed to lose my drive thru order, so they sent me forward where a very apologetic, pleasant young lady came out to get my order back. She came back relatively quickly with my order and threw a little extra into which she was incredibly sweet. I understand that these things have to happen in such a busy place. Since my son seems addicted, we are quite regular for the ride thru or kurbside pick up (my favorite) when offered.

I loved the waffle fries- but wasn 't impressed with the chicken strips. They were smaller not as good as raising canes. My mom got a 'medium ' fruit cup it was tiny mostly apples. I think it had like 2 blueberries maybe. I should have taken a picture of the cup but threw it away. Anyway-the fries were great the grilled chicken pieces.

Love, love, love their chicken bites and the fruity dipping sauce. Always friendly kids outside to take your order personally in the drive thru lanes. Quick, fresh and steaming hot dinner easy to eat on the road.

Always busy during peak hours, but they move through the line extra fast. The order is always correct and this location maintains the top level customer service expectations for all Chick-fil-a. Pro tip: If you are a nuggie fiend like me, order a nugget catering player. A small is 64 nuggets and comes with a FREE bottle of sauce of your choice. Not all employees are aware of the free sauce bottle with a platter of nuggets, so you may need to inform them.
