Buffalo Wild Wings Creve Coeur

I ordered a black bean burger that was extremely hard and impossible to bite into. I was disappointed by the poor quality of the burger, especially considering the price I paid. I can buy a 4-pack for $5, so this patty was definitely not worth it. It felt disrespectful to be served such a low-quality burger. I am a vegetarian and had just started dining out with my family again since the pandemic. This experience has reinforced my belief in avoiding restaurants until the situation improves. We have decided not to support Buffalo Wild Wings or any other restaurants in the future.

Jason was our bartender and he was fantastic, funny, welcoming, friendly.

I felt it was very disrespectful to be sent out to the table in that way. I don't eat meat and just started dining out again with my family since the pandemic. This experience has once more paralyzed my beliefs on why we should continue to not support restaurants until we are completely in the clear. People have the choice to choose what they want, for my family there will be no more Buffalo Wild Wings or any other restaurants.

I ordered takeout. My food was ready when I got there to pickup. My food was hot and delicious as always.

My family and I have decided to no longer dine at Buffalo Wild Wings or other similar establishments.
