Arby's - Saint Louis

11:24 am Thursday June 30th. Visited for lunch break with coworkers. The manager of this store is EXCELLENT. Very on top of everything!! Her store is exceptionally clean. Staff seemed to know what they were doing and doing it well. Happy with myexperience.

On June 1, about 5:30, I pulled into the drive-thru lane at the Sunset Hills location. Voice from the transmitter: We 're closed. I started to respond in surprise. Then the employee said, to this effect, ain 't blowin ' no smoke. Teach youremployee better communication skills and customer service. Decision to visit any fast-food outlet likely to be spontaneous. Advising other reviewers to call ahead is ridiculous.

I dined at this restaurant for lunch with my coworkers on Thursday, June 30th, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager was exceptional—extremely attentive and organized. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff seemed knowledgeable and efficient in their jobs. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit!

The service was fantastic, but the Bratbeef was not fresh, and the potatoes were simply boiled. I was quite disappointed.

Arby’s continues to impress! The staff at this location are fantastic—friendly and very professional. I really appreciate their mail-in promotions, where you can purchase one meal and receive a free voucher. I plan to visit several times to take advantage of the BOGO coupons before they expire. I also enjoy the Arby’s locations in Brentwood and Kirkwood, MO just as much! It’s a delightful occasional treat for me!
