Au niveau de la cuisine, c'est un macdo, pas de surprise, passons.On vient là en général parce qu'on est pressé et que le service est rapide ... mauvaise idée !... read more Au niveau de la cuisine, c'est un macdo, pas de surprise, passons.On vient là en général parce qu'on est pressé et que le service est rapide ... mauvaise idée !Dans un premier temps, vous faites la queue aux bornes automatiques. Dans un second temps vous faites la queue à la caisse de retrait des commandes. Et l'attente peut durer longtemps car la priorité est donnée aux clients du drive-in.Il faut ensuite croiser les doigts pour qu'un ami des employés ou qu'un employé en civil ne débarque pas au dernier moment car il sera systématiquement servi de suite, ce qui rallongera automatiquement votre temps d'attente ...On voit pourtant que les employés se démènent et gesticulent dans tous les sens, mais les commandes n'avancent pas et s'accumulent derrière le comptoir ...Et à partir de 22h, il faut utiliser le drive-in sans autre choix possible. Du coup, vous aurez la chance de voir le premier drive-in piéton de la région ! Très drôle mais peut-être un peu risqué pour les gens qui font la queue (oui, parce qu'on fait toujours la queue ici !!) entre deux véhicules souvent conduits par des propriétaires un peu "fatigués" venus éponger leurs excès de la soirée ...Un conseil : si vous êtes en voiture, un petit crochet par le Burger King de l'Allianz Arena ! Vous perdrez moins de temps et ce sera meilleur !

Je n'ai jamais vu un mac do ou on attend autant , c'est un truc de fou , autant à l'intérieur que au drive ... il devrait mettre un panneau à l'entrée : "Coupez... read more Je n'ai jamais vu un mac do ou on attend autant , c'est un truc de fou , autant à l'intérieur que au drive ... il devrait mettre un panneau à l'entrée : "Coupez le moteur vous économiserez 20 litres de carburant et vous sauverez la planète..."Au final les frites sont froides car ils les mettent en premier seul probleme le sandwich prépare avec les pieds arrive longtemps après .Bref je ne juge pas la restauration car tout les mac do se valent mais je sais pas où il recrute mais ça craint niveau vitesse ....

The people received us warmly and patiently. I had an update of the phone to do to find my pass and with calm the lady at the counter to manage the situation. I jumped a Cinnamon and found it wonderful for my taste buds. A real temptation product: . The sanitary facilities were well held as well as the waste sorting room and space. Thanks for the experience.

The service is confused and the guys at the kitchen/reception seem completely not organised. But the main problem is about the intolerances: my wife is celiac, so she cannot eat any meal with gluten. Since today the main part of McDonald 's shops provide dishes gluten-free, we went hopefully to McDonald 's. Just at the order (self-service on the big electronic -tables), no sandiwiches gluten-free appeared. Strange, we thought. So I went at the reception asking for someone that speak italian or english: none spoke italian, just one guy spoke english. I asked him for a sanwich gluten-free. He showed me how to make an order to the electronic tables. I understood he did not catch my request. I repeated gluten free sandwich , but he continued to show me the order procedure. Just after he came down from the reception and reached my wife at the electronic table, helping her to complete the order at the table. My wife repeated How we can have a gluten-free sandwich? He continue the order for us. We believed that he completed a normal order than, at the kitchen, he would have warned the cook to prepare a gluten-free sandwich. As he indicated us, we waited at the table waiting the meal. But the meal was completely NORMAL. We don 't care to the money spent for nothing, but we care to my wife HEALTH: if she was alergic to the gluten and she eated the sandwich, she would risk to die! I think that way to do is NOT ACCEPTABLE, and that McDonald 's mangement have to take care of this.
