What Dave Langevoort likes about Del Arte, Arras, France:
we could not find anywhere to park in the center of arras, so ended up here where parking was much easier. we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of eating. the mixed antipasti began was varied and delicious. the pizzas were perfectly acceptable. what was really nice was the service. the guy we think was the manager really friendly and spoke English. we hope he has a great time on his upcoming trip to london. th...
