Food superior quality and so tasty.... read more We went to the Restaurant side a few years ago and wish we hadn’t waited so long to return. This time we tried the Bistrot. Food superior quality and so tasty. Excellent value. Service excellent. Asked if we preferred to speak English or French (we like to practise our less than adequate French and they were great with this ! Accommodating of the children as there isn’t a specific children's menu. The setting is gorgeous, so nice to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. We won’t hesitate to return next year. Thank you

Because I am coe... read more I have been to the Bistro twice and the restaurant once, every time I have enjoyed incredible food, excellent service and the majestic setting. Because I am coeliac (require gluten free)it is very difficult for me to eat out in France but the Lauryvan have not only been able to accommodate my requirements but have actually given me a choice of options which rarely the case. If you book in advance they even make gluten free bread. Je reviendrai!

Went there for lunch and were lucky to get the last table in the Auberge part which is cheaper than the actual restaurant. Very good food and friendly service. Their choice of desserts is amazing and they're pretty generous with them. Good value for money. As the place is very popular with the locals, reserving a table is advisable.

It was a perfect evening to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful grounds. The staff/owners are always very attentive, humorous, efficient and super professional. We enjoyed three courses and all were perfect. Visitors or locals will 100% enjoy the evening if they visited here. It is not a restaurant to be missed. Very enjoyable.

Excellent service, English spoken only where needed and gorgeous food. Would recommend the Sea Bream and the chocolate pear dessert. Divine.
