Pizzaiolo Saint Julien - Saint-Julien

Went to this pizza place yesterday when driving by during a trip. I honestly have to admit the pizzas were delicious and probably some of the best we had since coming here for the holidays. We arrived with a warm and hearty welcome by the staff and were even pleasantly surprised with the fluency in English of the woman taking our order, making for a seemless experience. The smell of the pizza's was also quite enticing. We ended up ordering a Lombardie and a Trapiste, and were not disappointed.

The welcome from the lady on the phone and at reception is beyond pathetic. Already when ordering on the phone she is very impatient and this is confirmed when we hear her on the phone with other customers. Rolling their eyes, sighing, the customers have hung up without placing an order. We have to give him the exact name of our pizzas to retrieve our pizzas without making any effort or searching but simply waiting for us to find the name using the menu . In short, this person must change profession, we will no longer come. I would like to point out that the pizzas are not bad but still white with little topping (5 small slices of chorizo) and stuck to the cardboard because there is no parchment paper.
