Absolutely wonderful dining experience! We had the 4 course dinner with wine pairing. The presentation was spectacular and so tasty! Our server, Julie was super! She described each course with great detail. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be back! View all feedback.

I think the marketing of this restaurant had gotten ahead of the food. The food was fine but nothing extraordinary. The venison starter was good but the lamb main course was average. Bit more queries about the service though. They seem to treat locals better. They did not follow my fiancé 's request to respect her food allergies despite her having contacted them ahead of time twice. Had to follow up on the wine I had... View all feedback.
Best place in town! Take the 7 courses with the wine matching if you dare the experience is incredible.

We had heard that this was a recommended restaurant in the area and were so looking forward to the meal. We arrived at 8:00 for our reservation and our two course meal ended up at 2 1/2 hours. We had decided on a la carte items and the appetizers were delicious, especially the venison ragu. It had taken a while to get to our table however. The wines were delicious. Then it took another hour for our entrees to arrive. Possibly the kitchen was short staffed this evening but we could see the waiters continually checking into the kitchen to see if their orders were ready (we were next to the kitchen door). Our waitress was aware that we were getting impatient, yet she could have apologized or explained the delay or a manager should have been involved. When the food finally came out, the duck that I had ordered came out and was no longer even warm. I had to send it back to heat up and it came back a touch warmer. The flavor was so-so and the vegetable was just a schmear on the plate. My wife's Arctic Char was delicious and perfectly cooked. My children (teen and adult) had ordered the bison brisket and neither one could eat much of it. The sauce that it was cooked in was entirely too salty. I tasted it myself and salt was the predominant flavor. When asked if we wanted dessert we said no as we had already been there over 2 hours and it still took 15 minutes for us to get the check. I do hope that the restaurant addresses these aspects of service or that it was just an off night, but I would not go back. For the price it should have been a great experience yet it was our worst food experience of our trip.
A lovely local restaurant. Elegant and impressive. We had the four course tasting menu. It's was exceptional. Very refined with great attention paid to culinary detail. Well worth a visit.
A meal memory forever. We tried the 7-course tasting menu. We challenges the kitchen with one of us being fishitarian and some gluten/lactose sensitive needs. However, from the very beginning an absolute joy for our taste buds. I will take to much time to describe them all so I will focus on the foi gras dish. An absolute experience. This item is on the regular menu but I was delighted to feel the devotion the chef had to deliver it to us even though he/she must have done it many times before. Perfect symmetry of textures, a clear idea of the composition that was expertly created. This i one of my best taste experiences ever. This dish alone would make me visit Seb again. Thank you.
