What User doesn't like about Restaurant le Saint-Louis:
Restaurant is adjacent to Auberges Porte Rouge. Great view on Lac Mercier with a nice decor. Little terrace if you want to eat out. Food was excellent with a variety of choices for all taste. Wine list had a good range of choice. Price was reasonable for the quality of the meal. Our only negative was that it took a long time to get our dishes (30 minutes for appetizer and another 45 minutes for our entrees). Not sure... View all feedback.
What a wonderful restaurant! The food was excellent, My wife had the Salmon and I had the steak dish. Both were very very good! The meals are prepared by a excellent chef who we had the pleasure to meet. Very good wine and scotch selections as well as wonderful desserts! They also have an excellent breakfeast menu as well!! You won't be sorry you went there! This a a rare find foranywhere in the Mt Tremblent region! TRY IT!
Wow. I have to say I was impressed with everything at Le Saint-Louis. First, we got a table on the outdoors terrace, with a gorgeous view on Lac Mercier. Our waitress Sarah was helpful, made me taste a few wines to make sure I was satisfied with my choice. My garlic snails appetizer was delicious and the warm bread served was perfect to go with it. The salmon seen on the picture was honestly the best fish dish I ever had in my life. Chef Tara puts a lot of attention in the mix of flavors, and presents it beautifully on a bed of couscous. Perfect meal on a beautiful summer evening to celebrate my birthday!!Merci mille fois

We are charmed and note this place in our good addresses! next time we'll be there, we'll definitely stay in their hostel!

Our only negative was that it took a long time to get our dishes (30 minutes for appetizer and another 45 minutes for our entrees). Not sure if this is standard but be aware of the possibility. This is why we rated service as average although it was not the fault of the servers who otherwise did a good job. We might have been just unlucky or our expectations to have a 90 minute meal may not fit this establishment.
A very good welcome with a nice and gourmet menu, original dishes well served. Avoid gellato for dessert....Sinon of the fish of the game of meat.... varied ensemblethe Italian chef has of the resource!!!
