Pizza Royal - Saint Joseph

I've tried pizza all over the United States, but nothing compares to the pizza from my childhood. Even though I haven't lived in St. Joe for years, I always make it a point to stop by Pizza Royal whenever I'm back home. This restaurant is a nostalgic reminder of a time when families and local businesses took genuine pride in their work. The crust has the ideal crunch, and the sauce and toppings bring back memories of the pizza I loved as a kid. This place is a gem, and I truly hope people keep supporting it rather than choosing the fast-food pizza chains that keep emerging.

Pizza Royal is the only pizza restaurant where I can enjoy a meal without feeling ill. The staff are consistently friendly, and they generously load up on toppings. Their pizza is excellent—I’ve never had a bad bite!

I genuinely adore this restaurant and its owners. They have my dad's letterman sweater and his high school football picture on display, which holds a special meaning for me. It's a fantastic place filled with amazing people!

I visited for the first time and I'm already looking forward to going back. The decor is delightful, and the service was outstanding!
