The food is excellent, but I’ve experienced a frustrating issue: if you leave your table for a drink refill or to use the restroom, they might clear your table. This has happened to me more than once at the same location, and both times I returned to find my table cleared, even with food still on the plates. The second time, we had even left our keys on the table, and when we came back, the table was cleared with the keys left in the center. Despite this, the food is consistently great!

My family dined here tonight, and everything was fine until I sent my daughters, aged 13 and 8, to the restroom before we left. I was standing just outside the restroom when I noticed a young male employee go inside. I quickly went after him to let him know my daughters were in there. He looked at me as if I were the one overreacting. I had to remind him three times that my girls were inside before I finally had to firmly tell him to leave. He didn't seem to grasp why it was inappropriate for him to be cleaning while my daughters were using the restroom. This experience has really unsettled me. Parents, please stay alert!

The food is quite tasty, but the service is incredibly slow. Despite having a lot of staff, we experienced long wait times. On a quiet weeknight, there were five employees at the counter just standing around, and it took us 20 minutes to get our chicken tenders, even though we were nearly the only family there.

Ordered delivery. My bf?s pizza was create your own and it was tasty. He let me have some of his because mine was actually horrible, and that?s hard to say about pizza. I got the fresh mozzarella with basil and they gave me one little leaf. Lol? themozzarella was hardened and cold and all of the cheese came off of every single slice (not like how it does when it?s hot, itjust all came off like clay). I may have gotten an unlucky hit with it being cold but the one leaf of basil is just pitiful.I?ll still try again in the future but please add more basil! Also we paid extra for the sausage on the pizza and there wasn?tmuch of that either.

We had a bad experience at the Loop on State Rd 13 with takeout last year. My husband bit into a burger and pulled out the meat paper that was cooked with his patty on the first bite. Thinking things may have changed since the pandemic we once again triedtakeout. I had a salad and was almost finished and decided to dip a French fry in the last of my ranch dressing. As I did, ablack hair came up out of the ranch. I could not be more disgusted. I thought I would share because I am seriously concernedabout kitchen and cleanliness standards at this location. Beware.
