Dunkin' - SAINT JOHNS

I?m only giving this place one star because there isn?t an option to rate it lower than that. My sister came into this establishment this morning and was provided horrible service. She ordered a sandwich in which really cold, she also ordered a muffin that an employee bit out of gave it to her ordered a coffee. When she complained to the children or ?adults? that work there, she was laughed at and they clapped as she sat there in tears and walked out. I called and asked for a corporate number was I was told ?we don?t have a corporate number as the person burped on the phone hung up?. If this isn?t a horrible experience, I?m not sure what is. DO NOT come to this location unless you want your day meal ruined.

For the 3rd consecutive visit, I received a hot chocolate that was 1/3rd whipped cream. Very disappointing. 5 bucks for two partially filled medium hot chocolates. (4.24 plus tip). I would not have tipped had he handed me the drinks first. And even when I commented, no offer was made to make them properly.

Just spent seven minutes waiting at the front counter without anyone greeting me and when I asked to order everyone ignored me. I have never had a good experience at this Dunkin? Donuts. I would rather go out of my way to one down on San Jose then the one closer to my home and work. This is the last time I will be going there.

This is a convenient location to where I live. Overall the donuts are usually fresh which is a good thing. On my most recent occasion there was nobody manning the front counter so we stood there alone for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up who worked there, but in general, service is generally good here, but there are times when it seems like the staff isn't paying attention.

The staff is terrible, I can think that at least 5 times my orders were wrong. our recent trip today delivered the same result, no manners of the person in the window and the order was again wrong as usual, do yourself a favor and take the additional 10 minutes to drive to 13 and Lloretto
