My wife and I stayed at The Delta Hotel in Saint John,N.B. for three nights.At their MIX Resto-Bar,I twice had their excellent vegetable omelette that came with perfectly toasted multigrain buttered-bread and fried potatoes. What User doesn't like about MIX Resto Bar:
Blue cheese salad had a good amount of chicken but the candied walnuts were off somehow (old?), nice mustard dressing and good amount of blue cheese. Scallops were disappointing (plain and covered in bread crumbs) although good sized Digby scallops. Crab cakes were sad - thin and mostly potatoes and a side salad without dressing. Mulagawnny soup was very mild tasting - mostly tasted like rice. View all feedback.
Over a few days of our family trip we stayed at Delta Marriott in St. John and we were so glad that we could taste many breakfast and dinner dishes in the mix. You had some amazing treats on the menu that you need to try. Scallops, pulled pork poutins, fish and chips, crispy chicken burgers, even their pizza was quite savory. The mix signature cocktails were also very delicious. (The Dave Matthews was my favorite). For dessert, the caramel cheese cake and the apple blossom from this world were amazing. Full staff notes greeted with a smile and are very friendly. We will definitely make the mix a return destination.
After I had to stay in the Delta for several weeks, I scanned many things on the menu. The food is great (the burger, divine) the service is beautiful. Will definitely be back
I think this place has the best Nachos hands down in Saint John. Wow. I didn't even know this place existed until a few days ago, but I will certainly return. Food, drinks and service was amazing. Not the cheapest place to eat, but it doesn't matter to me to pay for quality. We had nachos, wings, chicken strips and a few children's dishes. Everybody was great. Dave Matthew's cocktail was delicious.
We had a great experience here! Children eat free under 6. We have three half-priced appetizers. Food was amazing, service was amazing and our whole bill was just $27 that wasn't long satisfied with a restaurant!
Came here early morning, still rubbing my eyes for a good breakfast and I did not regret at all. Food was delicious and all but what makes a restaurant great is the ambience and staff. I would like to give a big shoutout to NANCY- the wonderful server I had. Despite the rush hour, She made the experience worthwhile and her cheerfulness made my day. Her energetic self and constant smile made it worth the wait. We need more people like her and if the management is reading this, she better get a raise :D Thank You Nancy. This place is highly recommended for good food and welcoming atmosphere.
