Courseys Smoked Meats - Saint Joe

Every year, my fiancée's grandmother sends us some Courseys Smoked Speck for Christmas, even all the way to cold Minnesota. It's hands down the best bacon we've ever tasted, and we anticipate it every year. This time, we used it to make some delicious quiche, and we shared it with friends and family, who missed out on the smoky goodness inside. Thank you, Courseys!

This is definitely the best sandwich and summer sausage I've ever had in my life. The homemade jams are incredibly delicious, and they serve the best ham and smoked cheese in the world!

It was an amazing experience! The staff at the counter were incredibly friendly. The smoky aroma was absolutely delightful. You can have the meat shipped wherever you like. Thank you for the fantastic smoked turkey breast and ham!

The smoked ham, smoked cheddar cheese and smoked turkey was great. I'll wait to try the bacon. Will definitely order more and send it home.

If you're wondering if this is a place to stop, wonder no more. This place has hands the best sandwiches I've ever had. You get a choice of ham or turkey, smoked cheddar or swiss, and for bread it's white or wheat. And there is nothing else. They have some mayo or mustard if you need it. If you want a fancy Nancy place with a million options and all kinds of unnecessary stuff on your sandwich, this place isn't for you. Also, you don't deserve this food. They have canned sodas, and bags of chips. There's nowhere to sit except a few random picnic tables. But I'd rather eat this amazingness in my car than any other food in a fancy comfortable restaurant. You might also want to bring a cooler and buy some of their meat by the pound. And don't forget a pound of their bacon. It cannot be beat.
