However, I was disappointed that there were no French fries available; a big portion of fries would really complement the burger. A classic chocolate malt would have been a nice addition as well. Are you taking note of these suggestions?

My wife ordered the speckkäseburger and I had the rocket burger; both were fantastic! It was one of the coldest days of the year (39 degrees), so we couldn't enjoy outdoor dining, but we're looking forward to our next visit. The ambiance is so unique and Texan that my wife took several photos to share with our friends. The service was excellent—extremely competent, professional, and friendly. The atmosphere made us feel like we were at one of those TV shows that spotlight unique and delicious restaurants. I highly recommend the Windmill Grill—you won't be disappointed!

For those that love the famous burgers from Jacksboro, Texas, look no further than the Windmill Grill in Saint Jo. Menu is burgers chips and drinks but much more variations with what you get on a hamburger and if your lucky you might catch some music if your there on a Friday or Saturday night! Walter has a great place and is one of our new favorites!
