Gloves are optional here, and there's no extra charge for those who wipe their noses with their hands. The place had a degu, and the floors behind the counter were quite dirty. There were also some mix-ups with orders. It’s convenient, but that's about it.

The interior is closed, and customers must endure a lengthy wait in line to get in.

The service could definitely use some improvement. I placed my order, but I didn't even receive my muffin. I spent $30 on butter, and to top it off, there were hairs in my food.

I'm consistently disappointed with this restaurant. My coffee is never made correctly; it's often not stirred, and they frequently mix up orders and prices. For instance, I once requested 2 creams and 2 sugars, but I received 4 creams with no sugar—absurd! The manager, an older woman, seems to have a habit of yelling at customers, and she gives off a completely unprofessional vibe. She's also the one who mistakes my orders. Additionally, about 75% of the time, my breakfast sandwich comes with eggshells in it, so I’ve decided to avoid ordering that altogether.

I found the opening hours listed on Google to be 5 PM, but when I arrived, they turned me away and informed me that they wouldn't open until around 6 PM. This was a disappointing experience.
