The only thing I didn't like about this restaurant is that the dining room is permanently closed. However, takeout is still available. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and some cheesy jalapeño sauce, both of which were excellent. The wait time was reasonable, about 15 minutes, and the staff were very competent and friendly. I waited 40 minutes to receive my order. I placed my order at 5 PM expecting to get it by 6 PM, but it didn't arrive until 6:40 PM. The staff appeared very disorganized and seemed to be in need of a supervisor to guide them. Everyone seemed lost and confused about the orders. View all feedback.
The pizza is good, but the specials are strange. the good product is only available online. so if they are in a hurry, they will have better app savvy or their meal will have slim pickings. eating is great. I miss the pizzabuffet. dang kovid ruined pizzabuffets!
Great customer service, at least when delivered, good stuff; of course it's a franchise, but you can't go wrong with them. You won't be sick like at Mario's and they won't insult when there is a mistake with the order. Seems to me that this is a company with efficient management; uncommon in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu
Came in to eat there around 17h00. Their buffet is great and fresh. The staff are friendly. Very clean dinning area and the man restroom too. I hope they keep the good work.
I?d just like to say I placed an order for a pizza at let?s say 610pm after one hour of waiting for this pizza at 7:10 the delivery ladies have the nerve to call us and tell us that they do not deliver 8 km from their store. What?s messed up about all this is 20 minutes before them calling to cancel her order on us I had confirmed the address with two different ladies just for them to call my girlfriend who is waiting for the pizza and tell her she will not be getting it. After calling the company and voicing my displeasure I was blatantly told they do not speak English (IN ENGLISH)!!! So being bilingual I started speaking in French which cause the ladies to be confused and hang up on us we proceeded to do this six times until they refuse to pick up any phone calls from us. No manager or employee was willing to give their first name to make a formal complaint This incident happened August 4 2018 from Aprox. 6:30 till 7:30 once they refused to answer. DO NOT EAT HERE they are rude and do not treat loyal customers with respect
Very good food. I ate from the mini buffet. I tried almost every food offered at the buffet and all tasted very good. Wait staff very friendly. I would eat there again.
