VERY disorganized group working today. The drive-through took almost 20 minutes. you could tell by the way the crew was talking to each other that cause they were disorganized. However, front staff was nice and polite; and the food was hot and good. Other NW staff make drive through customers park to wait for their food. I am a regular customer to your restaurant until the other day. I ordered a trio and the bill came to $19,00, This is rediculous for a trio. Your prices are terrible for this food. I will not be coming back at these prices
This has got to be the worst A&W in the world. I went there one late night and had a 2-Star experience. The staff worked at a leisurely pace even though there was nobody else there. The onion rings were cold with half-fried batter coating over the raw onions, underneath. I observed that they are quicker with their drive-through window. Definitely better during the day.
Clean, fast, super friendly. All menus were in French but cashier was very friendly and assisted in English. Lived the frozen mugs for our drinks!
Doesn't always respect opening and closing hours, shortage of staffs I guess.
Great little gem on the route to Montreal. Patient staff as I stumbled through my French.
