we have visited several times in this pastry shop which also makes tea room. they have two great specialties: the Basque cake of course and the chaumontais. A real tury, a clever mix between Russian, macaron and meringue. The team is of extraordinary kindness, and taking the time of a tea (or a good coffee or a fresh drink) accompanied by a piece of cake gives you a strong feeling of well-being and relaxation. What Josette Pichon doesn't like about Barbier Millox:
The king of the Basque cake. the description was tempting, so buying 1 cream cake and 1 cherry. the pate was stifling and dry, the insipid cream and cherry, a vulgary jam.manifestly they were not of the day. and to crown the whole seller had forgotten her smile View all feedback.
Nice welcome and good advice. Basque cake cream. very good discovery.
One of the best of the holy jean foot of the port! their Basque cakes are excellent! and the staff is very welcoming! I'll be right back.
Welcome side: can do better; We're caught up by the waitresses. The basque cream cake is good without being exceptional. At least it's very fresh. We took our cake to take away
Everything has been perfect the cream Basque cake and cherry excellent it sees the products are made with raw materials of very good quality the team is tremendously nice the cake the chaumontais is a tuerie the coffee is excellent a trip to paradise
If you just want a coffee or tea or fruit juice and some plain Basque cake, this is a good place with a clean and large toilet. It's on the main shopping street so handy. The ice cream looks good too.
