O Pré 2 Sofi - Saint-Jean-d'Illac

All my life I've seen such a lamentable service and it's little to say... A reservation recorded by phone the day before, stating that it is a group, landing in Bordeaux at 1pm, arrival estimated at 1:30pm (what was respected). During the call, the server said that there would be no worries for the schedule, that it would work out. Apparently he became amnesia... In short, on our arrival, a cold welcome, a long waiting period, would be what only to sit down, but we remain patient, we are on weekends with friends, we are not in a hurry. There are around us more than half of the empty tables, we don't really understand this delay, but we continue to wait. The first aperitives served after 1 hour of waiting. It is so long that in fact, we are offered a pâté terrine, for that of course we greatly appreciate the gesture (which nevertheless seems obvious to me. We are still waiting for about 1h30 to receive our dishes: cold. We start to be really disappointed, especially when everyone has not finished his meal, and after 20 minutes we're served we want to get rid of it. I'm asking for a doggy bag, it really seems to swell them. I insist three times and go get a tupperware in my car. When I get back, I'm entitled to a reflection of the mischievous server. Before we leave the restaurant, we go to the bathroom. Behind us, we hear the server criticizing us. Too much! I've worked in restoration, service to the person, trade, I haven't seen this yet! Waiting wasn't the problem anymore. But the lack of respect for those who are supposed to serve us is unacceptable! What a regret that having paid this undeserved note knowing that restaurateurs could not have the pleasure of serving a client since October 28. Just put a minimum in question (we should have filmed you! or change your profession, I take your place gladly!
