the decor show the menus all this are top, but the big negative point and which is very disturbing to me is that at midnight is accepted to smoke inside!! It's horrible, irrespirable, you're taking your way home. There's the outside to smoke, that's how it stays! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Le Splendid:
