L'Horizon - Saint-Jean-de-Monts

The staff was rude and lively. The service was slow and when a meal lasted 15 minutes longer than the rest arrived and we complained that the staff became aggressive and even swore to me. A terrible experience.

Threatened by the staff after complaining about bad service and cold food. Husband was later sick from the shells.

This place looked good and was popular. First visit at dinner was told that we were too early for dinner at 6:00! Second visit was told that we were too early for a crepe at 2:00! I have the impression that they didn't like because we were brides. Time wasted doesn't bother. Had no stars earned, but I can't do that.

I got the impression they didn't like us cos we were brits. Total waste of time don't bother with them. Would have merited zero stars but can't do that.

Ate here for lunch on hols a week ago. parking a nightmare in the middle of the day as all the local beach-side places packed out.Food wasn't bad (burger, fries, pizza style food) it's just that the service was oh so slow.Reasonable price but I'd expect better for what I paid.
