La Piazza - Saint-Jean-de-Monts

The food was amazing and the staff could speak english fluently. Make sure if you are near to pop in. A great family restaurant where nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Definitely a place to go!

We visited as a family of ten, seated immediately with fast and friendly service. We all had different pizzas and pleased with our choices. Definitely recommended :

Kids meals were really good very large portions for an older child 7.90 euro but adult meal for 17 euro was a small steak and a plate of chips .. family of 4 2 courses plus soft drinks 75 euro

We went here on a very hot evening and made the mistake of sitting on the right hand side of the restaurant as you look into it from the street. Please don 't do as we did. The whole front of the restaurant opens up, which...I guess would usually be fine in terms of refeshing breeze etc, but for some reason known only to the management they only have air con units for the left hand side of the restaurant , so on hot evenings the right hand side gets hot... damn hot, which really spoilt it for us, which was a shame as the food was reasonably priced, the location great and, considering how busy the place was, the service very good. The kids options were a bit limited the usual 'if you coat it in breadcrumbs and deep fry it, they will eat it ' philosophy. That said, he did eat it. We didn 't stay for dessert as we were melting.

Très déçue par l'accueil dans ce restaurant !!! Nous avons voulu y aller le 15 août, à 19h. Il y avait déjà une file de personnes qui attendait. Arrivé à notre tour, la supposé gérante avec son air très aimable !!!! nous demande combien de personnes ? On lui dit 6, elle nous refoule d'entrée en prétextant qu'elle ne pouvait pas nous accueillir avant 22h !!!! Je précise qu'il y avait des tables de libres car pendant qu'on attendait dehors, elle prenait bien le temps de dresser ses tables ignorant les gens dehors.. Je pense que cette personne devrait laisser sa place à qq un de métier, bien plus agréable et souriante !!!! P. S) pour le 15 août 2018 pensez à réserver cette année ou alors allez y a 15h pour 19h
