What Russell J doesn't like about L'Oule Rouge:
The foie gras was excellent, served with toasted pain d'epice (which our French friend thought shouldn't have been toasted though I liked it) but the piece de boucher (beef) was tough. Other dishes also varied in quality and the heating failed. The centrepiece log fire remained unlit so it became a touch chilly. View all feedback. What D B likes about L'Oule Rouge:
Had a great meal here. The food was wonderful, typically french fare. So good we went back again, but make sure to book. The service was great from being greeted and served by Jan to the chef coming out later to check if everything was ok. The starters, main course and desserts all sounded so appertising i wanted to try them all. Well worth a return trip View all feedback.
