On February 1, 2019 Alain Ducasse opened Le Café Alain Ducasse Manufacture in Paris. Great homemade coffees to buy and a pleasant spot to drink them. For this new adventure, Alain Ducasse asked twice French champion in coffee roasting in 2017 and 2018 Veda Viraswami.

The interior design and the standards of hospitality are over the bar. The taste of coffees were not exceptional though, I didn't feel the touch of Alain Ducasse.
I had the best coffee of my life here also me and a friend shared a chocolate ice cream which was Divine. The barista knew what she was talking about and was happy to discuss tasting notes and different tipes of coffee. Some may argue that it was expensive granted it wasn't the cheapest but the best coffee I have ever tasted came with a side of chocolate which went brilliantly with the coffee. Also the barista gave us a free piece of coffee chocolate and it was amazing highly recommend. Also get the cold brew it's the best! 5 stars!!!
