Bao Shelter is the creation of a Taiwanese family, in which mother and daughter unite their forces to merge Western street food with that of their country of origin. The whole gives a clever mix of gourmet and tasteful baos. If you are not afraid of fat, I strongly advise the bao on the caramelized pork chest. Far from the bouiboui, the place is well decorated: wooden tables, cushions, brick wall. The service is coming and very friendly. The owner will be happy to answer all your questions and take your suggestions into account. I strongly recommend Bao Shelter for an unpretentious meal but for the least pleasant, and with a good quality price ratio.
Record of good plan, 3,80€ instead of 20€ for a salad chicken un bao burger au beef. Commander on Luncher as usual during this month of August. It's not my favorite bao burger but at that price I'm not gonna complain :D
