We went to the car service. We had to move in the parking lot to let the other vehicles pass. No directive was given to us where to park for waiting. After almost 20 minutes, we had not yet received our meal. I had to go inside to receive my meal that was obviously cold. No cover, no towels or condiments in the bag. The best A&W service I have ever received in all of my visits to Ontario and Quebec. Friendly staff, very attentive to details. I recommend!
