Loved this location right by the beach! I noticed that the music got louder as the evening began so it feels like a party is about to start as it gets dark. Not sure they're open that late though. It was busy even for a Sunday and the bathroom lineup was very long. The service and atmosphere are good but my caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino was lacking in flavour and crunch. What Kathleen Johnson doesn't like about Starbucks:
I get a grande iced chai latte from here almost every day and it’s so inconsistent. Probably every third drink is made wrong. An iced chai is one of the easiest drinks to make at Starbucks. I’m tired of paying $5 for essentially just milk. View all feedback.
Everything is fine except the barista who wears that large chain necklace all the time. I’m a regular, living nearby and I have to deal with him every week. He is always acting like a j He might be the rudest barista I’ve seen in my life. Every time I ask a question he gives passive aggressive answers. He is always rude not just during closing or busy hours, always. If he is closing, he will kick you out with an extremely rude attitude. If you ask for a cup or anything, he will do it with an attitude. It’s your freaking job dude get over yourself. I’ve worked as a barista for years, I know it can be stressful or even unbearable but thats not how you treat a customer. You need to fix that attitude. Take it easy, be friendly, be respectful. I’ll make this review 5 stars if I see an improvement.Edit: I saw him today and he was quite nice. I don’t know if my prior review made any impact but I’m glad to see him improved. Changing review to 5 starts as promised
The baristas are great but there are not enough of them so it takes a long time to get a coffee.
I’ve been coming here and ordering the same drink every day which is no iced cold latte. Ive always received a full cup but today the barista gave me literally have empty cup and when I told her this can’t be correct she told me the ice supposed to fill the other half of the cup!!!For the price we pay it’s so ridiculous that they just wont fill the cup.Gotta change my go-to cafe I guess.
