Mary Brown's Chicken

The service is terrible here. I just went in and order two items. Asked if I could pay cash the server said sure. Turned around to do something then turned back to tell me that I needed to pay exact change because she couldn’t/didn’t have change to give back. My total was $9.96 so she short change me 5cents but I was like whatever it’s just 5cents but for others that’s just wrong. If you’re telling other customers they can get their change back when they pay cash there are gonna be words said. Get your manger to put change in your tills.The serve was a small lady. She had trouble reaching for the food from the kitchen window. But the person in the kitchen was no help either cuz she could’ve pushed the food out further for her to reach. Poor service and terrible communication with your staff members.

Well, last Saturday, I went to this place and I was blown away by the service at this location. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Truly great service! Moreover, shift manager was handling each and everything in proper way. As, confirming each and everything as per customer taste, even there was a girl who was at front and she is handling at the back as well and providing an excellent service with customers in very busy time.

Are the staff even trying at all? Especially the evening shift manager at the counter! Seeing her staff is busy trying to get stuff done, and there she is, just there watching. Been here 3 times, ALWAYS has a problem with wait time. 5 or 6 Uber drivers waiting impatiently and 3 or 4 dine in patrons, and she just....does nothing. Either they need to1) Get more kitchen staff2) Cut back on the Uber offer to release demand3) BothCause at this point it's bad for the company image. Everyone is waiting too long. Food is good, the batter is flavourful. But the wait time just makes the whole experience poor.

This is the best fried chicken hands down/ a bit of a drive from my place/ but well worth the trip if you really like health fried chicken!Parking: Around the corner from M J s
