Earnest Ice Cream Frances St.

I went to pick up the order of ice cream for an event that cost around $1,000. I think it is a simple and polite gesture customer service if they can at least hold the door for me while I am moving the 3 big coolers and 6 buckets of ice cream, or it would be helpful if they can just move the cooler at the door that helped the moving. Unfortunately, these simple customer services were missing in this pick up and I hope management can review these suggestions to provide better and improved customer services in my next visit.

The BEST customer service I've experienced from Harrison!!! My ice cream sundae unfortunately fell on the ground when the compoatable spoon suddenly snapped, when I came back to the store, Harrison immediately approached me at the end of the line to ask what's wrong and never hesitated to replace my ice cream sundae immediately as soon as I told him what happened. Very nice and accommodating staff at Earnest Ice Cream Frances St. And ofcourse, delicious ice cream as always! Every week, I find myself refilling our fridge with pints of my favorite ice cream flavours!

Been here multiple times till now. Have ordered multiple flavors and all of them have been amazing. My regular flavors are tahitian vanilla, whiskey hazelnut :

Wonderful service they have here. Their ice cream are also fantastic.

The ice cream is amazing. The only thing that bothers me in this branch is that they don't have seating areas at all. It's just a pick up location. There is a pot of free parking spots on the street.
