1927 Lobby Lounge At Rosewood Georgia

Was the perfect solution to escaping a noisy invasive honking trucker convoy! I enjoyed my freedom to enjoy a lovely drink inside with a friend, thanks to the freedom of choosing vaccination that we made. It was also nice to be FREE of all the chaotic disruptions created by the so-called freedom convoy. I enjoyed perhaps the best tasting drink ever...The Georgian!

Great cocktails and high class service in the historic Hotel Georgia! Definitely try the Hotel Georgia 19 cocktail, as the recipe has changed minimally since it was created in 1951.

Our first stop in Vancouver on this trip back after several years. Not only is Vancouver a unique and wonderful city, maybe the best of all worlds in North America, but the Lobby Lounge in the Georgian Hotel (The Old Name) is quintessential Vancouver. Elegant, sophisticated, but so damn down to earth, with no false pretense, the Lobby Lounge is a fantastic bar. Joe was our bartender, mixologist, story teller, and teacher. He made us feel so welcomed, and he showed his appreciation for our patronage. My martini was ideal, and the white Canadian wine dry and crisp. We didn’t want to leave, but our dinner reservation beckoned. So long Joe. We’ll see you again and thanks.

Cocktails are killer. Service is upscale and elegant. The popcorn snack is so lightly flavored I love it. The Hotel Georgia cocktail and the Charlie Chaplin were both tried and loved.

Excellent spot for a fancy cocktail. Prices are premium just like the place. I left feeling like James Bond.
