Mcdonald's - Saint-Herblain

Very welcoming staff. However, the waiting time of our order above 30 min, the cold burgers and the limiting cleanliness of the room made me dechant.

Still waiting. A shame! I had to do the salmon to get my menu.

45 minutes between the time of order (in room) and the time of being served. We went to 2, my friend got his order (passed 2 minutes before me) at least 15 minutes before and ate cold. I went to the counter knowing where it was, my tray was ready but not served. So everything was cold for me too. I had to get up to go ask for the sauces that had not been put and had no towel either. It is 13:30, we are 3 tables inside and the room is mtn closed and no longer welcomes guests. I have never seen mcdo so disorganized with such incompetent staff.

A star because there is no choice. Almost 1 hour waiting to receive a cold order: to flee.

Closed the restaurant room and leave that the drive open to favor deliveroo and ubert eat because you are overwhelmed! It's a shame! Ever since you took the deliveries, that's all! You should stop deliveries when you no longer manage and not close the room, it is a lack of respect for customers who move!
