Very friendly servers even if we could feel the pressure that is unfortunately put on them. The manager can trust them, we were very welcome. Very good vegetarian entry. On the other hand, offering pasta in and flat for vegetarians (seule autre option le burger), it is a pity. The dish is too copyy, we feel that we wanted to fill the lack of animal protein. Very nice restaurant with swimming pool on the terrace. Ambiance and pleasant service. The kitchen is good. I ordered a very nice salmon Bowl. At the beginning a little disappointed with the content, but finally very tasteful. Riz vinegarized Japanese way, just relieved what it takes. A mix of salmon avocado at all. I recommend

This restaurant deserves these 5 stars for both the kitchen and the service and the atmosphere. We had a very pleasant time. I will certainly come back on my next visit to Saint Herblain to discover the new dishes of the chef.
