Burgerville - Saint Helens

I think I’m finished with this place. I often say that when I'm running late. I received a wilted, expired salad, and the woman I believe was the manager didn't seem concerned when I mentioned it to her; her response was just a casual “oh, okay.” I had to remind her to check the salad. When I asked for a refund, it shouldn’t have been an issue, but it felt like pulling teeth. I've visited a few times since the pandemic began, and things seem to have really declined. However, my partner did enjoy a delicious hot Twill Ring burger.

I hadn't been to Burgerville in years, and I must say I had forgotten how delicious the food is! The burger was fresh and tasty. The fries are hand-cut, fresh, and perfectly salted. The service was quick, and everyone was friendly. The prices are also very reasonable—two burgers and two orders of fries for just $20. I will definitely be returning!

I ordered chicken strips last night, and I usually love them because they are fresh and tastes authentic. However, last night I was served preformed, processed chicken patties that tasted like fish. I’m really not impressed! I don’t understand why the quality has dropped so much.

After payment 15 something for a halibut fish and chips and koks. the fish had glued two of the three pieces together and was cold and not made rider where not hot and how leather could not even eat them. need new cook obviously not attention to detail

I've eaten from here a few times since the lockdowns started over 2 years ago , but this is the first time that I've been able to eat INSIDE like normal. It's spacious, clean, and quiet, and the staff are most friendly, and the food is characteristically fresh and tasty and great like you can expect from Burgerville. I'll be back. Good location off Hwy 30, and they have a drive through.
