On one of the coldest days, we stopped in for Sunday breakfast. We had a party of 9 and the staff was very accommodating. The service was great and the food was really good, home cooking. So glad we went and will be going there when we are back in town. Do add this restaurant as a stop if heading into St. Helen. View all feedback.

Hire a real cook. Maybe someone who knows the difference and actually cares. St Helen needs at least one good restaurant. None to be found. Were all the talent to be gathered in one spot, the town would still miss the mark. View all feedback.
I would not recommend Sams Diner. I have gotten food poisoning multiple times from this restaurant.

Under new management, and just as tasty add I remember it. Price is right, portions are perfect. Best Patty Melt on the planet!
