Le Concordia - Saint-ghislain

I'm president of a superior friend in ligny. on Tuesday 31 May we make a trip with dinner included. the person responsible for our travels, after receiving a notice of the initiative of the union of Saint-Ghislain, he was connected to the restaurant concordia. remained closed on Tuesday, but it was said that for a group, he wanted to open. our manager had several telephone contacts with this restaurant and we always assured him that it would be open for us, we had received two menus to choose. When the car arrived on site, everything was dark, the chairs were placed on the tables, we tried several times to phone but we never found people at the end of the wire. As president, I found myself in a more painful situation. fortunately that the participants were very understanding and we found another restaurant called the black olive tree that should be congratulated and recommended for the quality of the meal it served us on the thumb and for the reception received.

My group of about 60 people traveled to St. Ghislain from the entire canal for the First World War commemoration. On August 22nd, 8 of us went to the restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and despite the language barrier, the staff tried their best to provide us with top-notch service. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was dark and the chairs were all stacked on the tables. Despite our attempts to call them, we were unable to reach anyone. As the president, I found myself in a difficult situation. Thankfully, our group was understanding and we were able to find another restaurant called the Black Olive, which I highly recommend for the quality of the meal and the hospitality we received.

We went to a group, 15 people. reception, service and meal were at the top! each was served according to his wishes and everything was excellent! for a really reasonable price! I highly recommend!
